On a Low Protein Diet?

If you are on a low protein diet you know what a challenge it can be to find and keep track of the amount of protein in the foods you eat. The resources on this website can help. In the protein dictionary you can look up the protein values for over 20,000 food items. Either download the dictionary or search it online.

My name is Michael Truman and I created these resources to help my mother when she had to go on a low protein diet. I hope they can be of use to you as well. Please email me with any questions or comments.

ProteinTracker

ProteinTracker is a software program you can use to search for the protein values of most commonly available foods and to keep track of your daily protein consumption. ProteinTracker runs on Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Vista and requires Microsoft .NET 2.0 or greater.

If Microsoft .NET is not already installed on your computer you can download it from Microsoft. For technical support with ProteinTracker, please send me an email with as much information as possible about the problem.
